With over 45 years of management experience and 22 years in the industry, the 3 principals quickly established IQ Personnel as one of the premier agencies in the industry. As a MBE/DBE Enterprise we know the importance of having a cohesive, diverse, inclusive and motivated staff that will provide our clients with the best service in the industry.

Since our inception IQ Personnel has serviced over 140 companies in the industry and has retained a great majority of them.
