IQ Personnel currently provides services for the major environmental companies in the industry.
We can provide personnel from a one-person project and have provided as many as 100 (40) hour trained environmental technicians for major projects. With our own in house trainer we are able to hand pick the employees we want to train and not hire just bodies. We use our HHW’S as a form of screening process to pick our hard-working responsible employees to fill any daily or long-term projects. We offer the following options.
Temporary Personnel
Short on personnel we can help you out on an immediate need. Use as many employees as needed for short- or long-term projects. This is the most convenient and flexible option available. Get piece of mind all you have to do is make one phone call and we will do the rest. Our employees go through an extensive screening process to make sure we satisfy your needs.
Temp to Hire
This is the best option when planning on hiring full time employees for your company, get to know the employee completely before committing to hire any person. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can substitute the employee for someone else to your satisfaction. We offer the lowest conversion rate in the industry; our goal is to invest in our employee’s future, helping them find a career with reputable companies like yours.
Direct Hire
If you need an immediate full time hire and don’t have the time or patience to be placing ads, let us do the work and find the perfect fit for you. Our direct hire services will be tailor made to fulfill your company needs by aggressively recruiting the right candidate. With so many field technicians available, we can also fill the position from within.
